How do I find information about when my order will be shipped?
You can contact support@bagsnatcher.com to find out the status of your order. Remember to have your order number handy.
How do I order a custom product?
Upload an image you want to use. You can see directly on the screen how it looks on our products so you can trim and position it as you like. When you’re satisfied with how it looks, place the product in your shopping cart and submit the order.
What should I keep in mind when selecting images?
Don't place important parts of the motif at the edges of the image. Our sewers need a cutting margin. The larger the product’s printing surface, the higher the image’s resolution must be. Our system alerts you when you upload an unusually small file, but we don’t do any quality-based evaluations of the images. On some products, the entire image is not visible in the preview since it’s on the cover, upper part, and upper side of the bag.
Which countries can I order from?
Products can be ordered from any country in the world. Naturally, the country you order from affects delivery times and shipping costs. Products are distributed from Sweden.
What shipping method do you use?
Products are sent by mail. Om det vadderade brevet inte får plats i din brevlåda så får du en avi och du hämtar ut din beställning på Posten.
How long will it take to get my package?
You can view the delivery date for each product on the product preview page.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping costs are 3,90 EUR within Europe and 4,90 USD outside of Europe regardless of which country you order from and how many products you order contains.
What if I want my order faster?
It’s not currently possible for us to send individual rush orders.
Can I return or exchange ordered products?
You can cancel your order within two weeks with no questions asked, but it must be done in writing (e.g., via email). Products that have not been used or washed can be exchanged or returned within this period. If you want to return them, we’ll reimburse you for the cost of the articles.
